General Questions

Do I have to make a reservation?

No, there’s no need to make a reservation… unless you’re planning a birthday party or a group outing.

Of course! At Funtopia, we advocate for inclusion. Everyone is welcome. Your child can have fun in the play area, toddler zone, and the sensory room, which is especially popular among children with special needs.

Unfortunately not, to avoid allergic reactions in other children. An accident can happen so quickly! However, you can recharge in the Delights and Relaxation Zone. We offer a nice range of delicious and healthy snacks.

Feel free to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

You can leave them in the cloakroom, which is free. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can we wear shoes inside the amusement center?

Shoes must stay in the cloakroom. Socks are mandatory in all areas of the amusement center.

It’s summer and you’re wearing sandals? No problem. You can buy socks at the reception.

No. An adult must be present at all times.

We invite you to follow our upcoming events, as we occasionally organize daycare stops.

Yes, you can come back. But before leaving, make sure to stop by the entrance booth to get stamped on the wrist.

Play Area and Toddler Zone

What is the minimum age for playing in the toddler zone?

As soon as they can crawl, they can have fun there.

The minimum age is 2 years old. There is no maximum age. However, we believe children will have fun up to around 10 years old.

Absolutely! We pay special attention to safety in all areas of the amusement center.

Furthermore, to prevent the spread of germs, our team cleans the structures several times a day.

Do adults have access to all 3 zones (play area, toddler zone, sensory room)?

Yes, you have access. If you wish, you can also supervise your child from the Delights and Relaxation Zone.

Is Funtopia open on holidays?

Yes, we are open every day except for December 25th and January 1st.

Yes, you must pay for your entry.

Kids' party

Can I bring the birthday cake and lunch?

Yes, you can bring your child’s birthday cake. To avoid allergic reactions from our young visitors, no other outside food is accepted. However, you can purchase vegetable and sandwich platters when booking the party. Several snacks are also available in the Delights and Relaxation Zone.

Yes, you will have exclusive access for 2 hours to a room that can accommodate 10 children and 3 adults.

Can I celebrate my child's birthday without booking the kids' party package?

You’re welcome to. No need to book. However, you will only have access to the following areas: play area, toddler zone, sensory room, Delights and Relaxation Zone.

Private rooms are exclusive to groups that have booked a kids’ party package.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. It is non-refundable if you cancel the party less than 48 hours before the event.

Some regulations to follow

  1. The presence and supervision of an adult are mandatory at all times.
  2. To enter the amusement center, an adult must accompany a child.
  3. Shoes must be left in the cloakroom. Both children and adults must wear socks in all areas.
  4. Drinking and eating are prohibited in the play areas.
  5. No outside food is allowed.
  6. Chewing gum is not allowed in the play structures.
  7. Running and climbing outside the play areas are prohibited.
  8. Respect is paramount. No form of violence is tolerated.
  9. When having fun, accidents happen. For the respect of everyone, please clean up your child’s accident and inform a staff member to disinfect the affected area afterward.
